Body healthy and fit to support a strong immune system is everyone’s dream. This can be achieved by applying natural lifestyle (back to nature) in daily life through observation and application of 3 G, is that a balanced diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle achieved.
Balanced diet

A healthy body can not absorb nutrients from the get separated from food into the body. The diet is not only incomplete, but must be balanced in proper proportions.
